Bamboo is a raw material that can be used for many products, including bowls, dishes and trays. However, this type of product requires a special production process, in which the bamboo plant is soaked in water for several weeks after harvesting to prevent it from rotting. The plant is then dried and cut into small strips that are then placed around or in a mould and shaped with a hammer.
